While Emily is a fully registered Massage Therapist, direct billing is not yet available for appointments with her. Payment will be required at the time of your appointment, and you will receive a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement

New Clients – Allow a Little Extra Time

During your first visit, we’ll go over your health history and assessment as part of your appointment. To make sure you get the full treatment and the best care you deserve, consider booking a bit longer — for example, 75 minutes if you want a full 60-minute hands-on session.

Payment is due on the day of treatment. Bring your insurance card and a backup payment method. We only can direct bill to ONE insurance company per client.

If you don’t receive a booking confirmation email, your appointment is not booked.

A credit card is required to secure appointments (used only for no-shows/late cancellations).

Our online booking system does not accept Mastercard Debit (combined debit/credit) cards.
